Body - Medium, rich.
Palate - Beautifully combined mellow flavors: nutty, sweet, sherry, very orangey fruitness, heather, cinnamon spiciness.
Finish - Long, tingling. Very warming.

Color - Quite full amber with old gold highlights and a hint of lemon.
Nose - Quite full mashy/spirity and ripe with a slightly walnutty character and a fresh, almost Riesling-like diesel touch.
Flavor - Medium-sweet, slightly spicy, smooth and round with a dark nutiness, a chocolately/malty character and delicately peated.
Finish -Fresh, warm, rich, quite tangy, long and with the walnut character of the nose.

Nose - Quite full-bodied, ripe, rich and medium-sweet with an unctuous oily, honeyed vanilla-oak character, delicately peated with hints of green apples.
Flavor - Medium-sweet, quite full-bodied, smooth and round with a backbone of oaky tannin, an oily-vanilla texture and a slight green edge to the peatiness.
Finish - Very long and complex with hints of bitter chocolate, hazelnuts, toffee, honey and a nice green coffee tang.

Nose - Soft, round, quite full-bodied and sweet with rich toffee and vanilla oak character, a touch of beeswax and a note of soft, ripe peach.

Finish - Long and gently chewy with a touch of beeswax.
