E-MAIL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By
registering for and using a CCIN E-Mail account
you agree to be bound by the following Terms
and Conditions: To open a CCIN E-Mail account,
you must complete the registration process by
providing us with current, complete and accurate
information as prompted by the applicable registration
form. You then will choose a password and a
login name. You are entirely responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your password
and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible
for any and all activities that occur under
your account. You agree to notify CCIN immediately
of any unauthorized use of your CCIN E-Mail
account or any other breach of security. CCIN
will not be liable for any loss that you may
incur as a result of someone else using your
CCIN E-Mail password or account, either with
or without your knowledge. CCIN will not be
held liable for any type of loss you may incur
as a result of CCIN E-Mail loss, deletion, untimely
delivery, failure to deliver, failure to store,
virus transference or for any other reason whatsoever.
However, you could be held liable for losses
incurred by CCIN or another party due to someone
else using your CCIN E-Mail account or password.
You may not use anyone else's CCIN E-Mail account
at any time, without the permission of the CCIN
E-Mail account holder. CCIN has no obligation
to monitor anyone's CCIN E-Mail account. CCIN
reserves the right to terminate your access
to any CCIN E-Mail account at any time, without
notice, for any reason whatsoever.
MODIFICATION
OF THESE TERMS OF USE
CCIN
reserves the right to change the terms, conditions,
and notices under which the CCIN E-mail service
is offered, including but not limited to the
charges associated with the use of CCIN E-Mail.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing
these terms and conditions and additional terms
posted on particular websites. Your continued
use of the CCIN E-Mail constitutes your agreement
to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
NO
UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As
a condition of your use of CCIN E-Mail, you
will not use CCIN E-Mail for any purpose that
is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions,
and notices. You may not use CCIN E-Mail in
any manner which could damage, disable, overburden,
or impair any CCIN Site/Service(s) (or the network(s)
connected to any CCIN Site/Service(s)) or interfere
with any other party's use and enjoyment of
any CCIN Site/Service(s). You may not attempt
to gain unauthorized access to any CCIN Site/Service,
other accounts, computer systems or networks
connected to any CCIN Site/Service, through
hacking, password mining or any other means.
You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any
materials or information through any means not
intentionally made available through the CCIN
Sites/Services.
LIMITATIONS OF USE
Registration with CCIN E-Mail entitles you to a limited
30 day trial period at no charge. If you wish to continue
with CCIN E-Mail following the 30 day trial period, you
will be required to submit a payment of US $9.99 to CCIN.
CCIN will notify you for payment due one month after date
of signup. Payment entitles you to one year of CCIN E-Mail
usage subject to all terms and conditions of ths agreement.
There is a 10GB memory space limit per paid email account.
