Deren Whisky ist ein klassisches Beispiel für einen Single Speyside Malt. Seine Farbe besitzt einen leichten Goldton, sein Bouquet ist leicht und frisch und der Geschmack ist weich und rund.
Glen Moray ist eine der 18 Weltmarken, die die Appellation "Glenlivet" als eine Garantie für gute Qualität, tragen dürfen.
Zur Herstellung des Whiskys wird reines, sanftes Regenwasser aus dem Fluss Lossie verwendet. Er wird aus bester schottischer Gerste hergestellt und mit ein wenig Torf gemältzt.

For the production of the whisky clean and gentle rainwater from the river Lossie is used. It is made from the best Scottish barley and malted with a little bit of peat.
