The strengthening of links with Europe has led to the development and application of new areas of legislation, applied across a wide spectrum of the industrys business, ranging from labelling, marketing, packaging, advertising and sale of Scotch Whisky, to fire regulations, health and safety at work and environmental issues, and not least the tax treatment of Scotch Whisky. |
