A modern distillery, production only began in 1965, and it was not until 1972 that the make began to appear in a bottle. It draws water from the Ballantruan Spring. | ||||

From
Grantown-on-Spey: take the road towards Elgin (A95) for one mile. Turn right A939
towards Tomintoul. About 2 miles after Bridge of Brown turn left onto B9136. The
Distillery is on left four miles ahead. From Deeside: take B976 or A939 two miles west of Ballater. Continue through village on A939 to B9136 on your right. From Elgin: Travel south on A941 and A95 through Rothes, and Aberlour to Delnashaugh. Turn left on B9009 towards Glenlivet. After 4 miles go right on B9136. Distillery on the right after about 4 miles. |
