Situated on the River Lossie, near the ruins of Pluscarden Priory, the distillery reputedly draws its water from the Black Burn. It was established in 1824. | ||||

Leave Elgin to the west, not on the A96 Inverness road, but on the B9010. Keep going straight ahead for 3 miles, until you see the distillery 200 yards on your left. | ||||
