Originally founded in 1838 as the Ord Distillery Company, the distillery was extensively rebuilt and extended from two to six stills in 1966. | ||||

From Inverness, take the road south of Beauly Firth to Beauly and Muir of Ord, or cross the Kessock Bridge to Tore and Muir of Ord. Follow the signs from the centre of Muir of Ord to the distillery, which sits just to the north-west of the village on the A832. | ||||
